At the centre of COTI’s partner network, Sallah El-Nagar supervises its offices and projects wherever COTI operates. His Libya, Turkey and Germany connections form part of this global responsibility, in coordination with Rezak GHELLAB and the regional teams.
From industrial vision to project coordination
His international background combines petroleum engineering, corporate leadership and project development in energy, mining, renewables and heavy construction.
As co-founder and CEO of businesses operating across Europe, the Mediterranean, Canada and Africa, he connects industrial requirements, commercial networks and supply chains.
Within the COTI network, his expertise supports the development of steel-consuming projects and markets: energy infrastructure, mining facilities, construction and renewable energy grids.
